Varshana Gurusamy is an assistant professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. She is a native Texan and completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine before finishing her training at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute. Dr. Gurusamy's clinical interests include peripheral vascular disease, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism. She is dedicated to trainee education and serves as assistant program director at MD Anderson.
