    Dr. Saher S. Sabri graduated from the University of Jordan faculty of Medicine in 2000. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Iowa in 2007 and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from the University of Virginia in 2008. He holds the American board in diagnostic and interventional radiology. Dr. Sabri is now Chief of Interventional Radiology for MedStar Health and Professor of Radiology at Georgetown University. He previously held a position as an Associate Professor of Radiology and Surgery at the University of Virginia and served as the Vice Chair of Education at the department of Radiology and the radiology residency program director. Dr. Sabri received several awards including the Dean’s Award for Clinical Excellence and the Charles J Tegtmeyer award of clinical excellence at the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia and is a recipient of the VIVA's Vascular Career Advancement Award. He is a fellow of the Society of Interventional Radiology. Dr. Sabri has clinical and research interest in peripheral arterial disease, aortic interventions, venous disease and mesenteric interventions.
