    Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in vascular disease care, including Vascular Surgery and Vascular Interventional Radiology. Managing patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, assisting in open and endovascular procedures, and served as co-chair for a wellbeing committee of nearly 6,000 employees.
    Past president of the Society for Vascular Nursing and recipient of the Jeanne E. Doyle Award. Actively involved with the Society for Vascular Surgery, Society for Vascular Medicine, Society for Interventional Radiology, and American College of Cardiology contributing to advocacy, educational initiatives, and clinical practice committees.
    Current director of Innovative Design and Simulation for the American College of Cardiology, education division and vascular surgery nurse practitioner with Medstar Heart and Vascular Institute.
    Contributions include reviewing book chapters, developing practice guidelines, lecturing nationally, planning educational conferences, and creating innovative educational tools. Passionate advocate for Advanced Practice Providers, fostering team collaboration and professional development.
    With over 20 years of nursing experience in Surgical Critical Care at a level 1 trauma hospital, held leadership positions, provided peer support, and developed emergency preparedness programs. I received a Medal of Merit for my efforts in education and simulation integration.
    Led a statewide hospital program focused on injury prevention and child passenger safety, gaining national recognition for legislative initiatives like Maryland's first Booster Seat Bill.
