Dr. Sara Zettervall MD, MPH, FACS is an Associate Professor in the Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Washington. She completed her surgical training at George Washington University and Beth Israel Deconess Medical Center, in addition to research training as part of the Harvard-Longwood T32. Her clinical practice and research focuses on emerging technology for the treatment of complex aortic disease. She is an investigator in numerous clinic trials for the treatment of aortic disease including two investigation device exemption studies using custom and physician modified devices for the treatment of juxtarenal and thoracoabdominal aortic disease. Dr. Zettervall has a passion for teaching the next generation of surgeon scientists and expanding access to high quality of aortic care.
