After graduating from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, in 2020, I immediately dedicated my professional career to vascular surgery. During my studies, I had the opportunity to broaden my horizons by participating in an international exchange program between 2017 and 2018 at Sapienza University of Rome, which provided me with exposure to modern medical standards in an international academic environment.
Following my graduation, I further enhanced my expertise through prestigious international internships in 2021 at the Istituto Auxologico Italiano and Ospedale Niguarda in Milan, Italy. These experiences allowed me to deepen my knowledge of diagnosing and treating vascular diseases while familiarizing myself with cutting-edge techniques in vascular surgery practiced worldwide.
Since 2022, I have been working as a vascular surgery resident and Assistant Professor at the Department of General, Vascular, Transplant, and Endocrine Surgery at the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland. My professional interests focus on the treatment of aortic, renal artery, and peripheral artery pathologies, with a particular emphasis on innovative endovascular techniques. In 2025, I successfully defended my PhD thesis with distinction, which focused on renal complications in patients following endovascular repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
